Cablevision Board Approves Issuance of Notes

On 30 May 2016, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors of its subsidiary Cablevision S.A. ("Cablevision") had approved (i) the main terms and conditions of its Class "A" Fixed Rate Notes, for an aggregate principal amount of up to USD 500,000,000, to be issued under the Global Program for the issuance of non-convertible notes for a nominal aggregate principal amount of USD 1,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies), (ii) the sub-delegation of powers to all members of the Board of Directors and certain managers of Cablevisión, and (iii) the filing of the required authorizations for the public offering, listing and/or trading of the Notes before the Argentine Securities Commission, Mercado de Valores S.A. through the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, the Open Electronic Market (Mercado Abierto Electrónico) and/or any other authorised securities market of the Republic of Argentina and/or abroad.
