Intellego Holdings PLC28 November 2005 28 November 2005 INTELLEGO HOLDINGS PLC ("Intellego" or "the Company") EXPANSION OF COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP WITH KEY SUPPLIER The Board of Intellego, the AIM traded training and support services business,is pleased to announce its appointment as exclusive distributor in the UK andIreland for NetDimensions Limited ("NetDimensions") of Hong Kong. In November 2005, the Company announced that it had commenced discussions withNetDimensions (an existing supplier to Intellego). Intellego has now securedboth improved commercial terms and an expansion in the scope of itsrelationship. This includes direct and indirect sales of NetDimensions'Enterprise Knowledge Platform ("EKP") Learning Management System ("LMS"). Theexpanded agreement awards Inellego exclusive distribution rights for theNetDimensions LMS technologies in the United Kingdom and Ireland for a period ofthree-years commencing immediately. The agreement provides for the Company toform and operate a wholly owned Intellego subsidiary under the NetDimensionsname and to market EKP, the NetDimensions LMS, directly and indirectly via newreseller partners. The agreement is also subject to Intellego achieving certainfuture revenue milestones.
