Brovary Logistic Park - update

Aisi Realty Public Limited (AIM:AISI), a property investment company focusing on development projects and related investments in Ukraine, is pleased to announce that as at 30 September 2011, in situ tenants and recently signed preliminary agreements to lease space at the Company's Brovary Logistic Park ("Brovary") approximate 30% of total available space. Multiple negotiations over the empty sections remain ongoing.

Going forward, the Company intends to provide a tenancy update to shareholders on at least a quarterly basis.

The increase to 30% reflects a recently signed five year lease agreement following the non-occupation of a tenant announced earlier in the year.
