The SIP is an all-employee trust arrangement approved by HM Revenue and Customs under which employees are eligible to receive allocations of free Shares (1) in the Company. A total of 410,040 Shares (purchase by the SIP trustees at a price of 857.82 pence per Share) were allocated for no consideration to participants of the SIP on 3 January 2024.
