It is with great sadness that the Board of Ediston Property Investment Company PLC (the "Company") announces the death of Ratan Engineer after a short illness. Ratan was chairman of the Company from its launch in May 2014 and served with distinction. The thoughts of the Board, and all those connected with the Company, are with his family at this difficult time.
The Board has resolved that William Hill will assume the position of Chairman of the Company.
