TheIndependent Committee consists entirely of Non-Executive Directors and ischaired by Patrick Heneghan. The Independent Committee of the Board stresses that considerations are at avery early stage and accordingly, there can be no certainty that any offer willbe forthcoming. Further announcements will be made as and when necessary.
