Board resolutions

OJSC Polyus Gold (RTS, MICEX and LSE - PLZL), Russia's leading gold producer, today announced the decisions taken at the Meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 3, 2010

Mikhail Prokhorov was elected Chairman of the Board.

Alexander Mosionzhik - Deputy Chairman of the Board.

The Board also elected the members of the Board's committees:

Audit Committee - Lord Gillford (Chairman), Anna Kolonchina, Ekaterina Salnikova. Strategy Committee - Mikhail Prokhorov (Chairman), Evgeny Ivanov, Alexander Mosionzhik. Staff and Remuneration Committee - Zumrud Rustamova (Chairman), Pavel Grachev, Ekaterina Salnikova.
