Tatneft's Board approves new date for annual shareholders meeting

At the meeting held on 26 March 2011 the Board of Directors of OAO Tatneft (the "Company") reconfirmed the date and the place of the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of the Company (the "Meeting") dedicated to the results of Company's performance in 2010.

The Meeting will be held on 23 June 2011 in the Palace of Culture "Neftche" in Almetyevsk, Tatarstan.

The list of persons entitled to participate in the Meeting will be drawn up based on the Company Shareholders Register data as of 17:00, 6 May 2011.
