BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 234th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Wednesday, 20 October 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (Pakistan Standard Time) at Islamabad, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of UBL for the 3rd Quarter ended 30 September 2021, for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 11 October 2021 to 20 October 2021 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the Shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
