Sub.: Audited Financial Results for the FY ended on 31st March, 2018 and recommendation of final dividend FY 2017-18

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 24th May, 2018 to consider, inter-alia, the audited financial results for the quarter/ year ended on 31st March, 2018 and also to consider recommendation of final dividend for FY 2017-18, if any, subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
