A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 14th November, 2017 to consider, inter-alia, the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2017. Trading Window shall remain closed for the period 7th November, 2017 (Tuesday) to 16th November, 2017 (Thursday) for Designated Persons for dealing in the securities of the Company.
