Board meeting intimation - Interim Dividend

This is in continuation of our letter of even no. dated January 19, 2017

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of theCompany is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 25th January, 2017 to consider, inter-alia, payment of interim dividend FY 2016-17.

For the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if so approved by the Board, 'RECORD DATE' will be Friday, the 3rd February, 2017.

Trading window shall remain closed for the period 20th January, 2017 (Friday) to 27th January, 2017 (Friday) for Designated Persons for dealing in securities of the Company.
