This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 22nd May, 2017 to consider, inter-alia, the audited financial results for the quarter/ year ended on 31st March, 2017 and also to consider recommendation of final dividend for FY 2016-17, if any, subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Trading Window shall remain closed for the period 15th May, 2017 (Monday) to 24th May, 2017 (Wednesday) for Designated Persons for dealing in securities of the Company.
