Subject: BOARD MEETING AND CLOSE PERIOD

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 1230 Hours, at OGDCL House, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad to consider the Half-yearly Accounts for the period ended December 31, 2015 and for declaration of entitlement, if any.
2. Further in terms of clause No. xxiii of Code of Corporate Governance and the decision of the Board of Directors in its 50th meeting held on January 14, 2004 it is notified that the Close Period would be effective from Monday, February 8, 2016 to the date of next meeting of the Board i.e., Tuesday, February 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). No Director, CEO, or Executive shall directly or indirectly deal in the shares of Company in any manner during this close period.
