Board decision concerning possible open offer

At the time of the circular to shareholders dated 10 April 2017, the Board stated an intention to conduct an open offer to Shareholders. Having carefully considered feedback received from investors, having taken note of the significant volume of shares traded close to the recent placing price, the cost of an Open Offer and the likely small take-up and net proceeds of such an offer, the Board has now decided that it is now no longer appropriate or necessary to continue with proposals for an Open Offer.
