Changes to the Board
Ray French has resigned as a non-executive Director from the Board of Norish with effect from the 12th November 2009.
Ted O'Neill the Chairman of Norish has been appointed Executive Chairman with effect from the 12th November 2009.
There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2, paragraph (f) of the AIM rules.
