Creon Corporation Plc ("Creon") Board Changes

The Directors of Creon Corporation plc (AIM: CRO) announce that James Barder has stepped down from the Board of Creon with immediate effect. Mr August "Guus" Johannes Fracisca Maria Berting (aged 30 years), currently a Non-Executive Director of AIM traded Avarae Global Coins plc, has joined the Board of Creon as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Commenting on the new appointment, Jonathan Freeman, Executive Director said:

"We would like to thank James for his contribution since Creon's admission to AIM. We are delighted to welcome Guus and feel that his appointment will benefit our operations as we continue to seek opportunities to grow the business and create value for shareholders."

Mr Berting currently has no beneficial interest in the issued share capital of Creon and there is no further information to disclose pursuant to Rule 17, Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
