Board Changes
The Board of Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc announces in accordance with UK LR 6.4.6 R and in line with its previously communicated succession plans that Audrey McNair, non-executive director, intends to retire at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is expected to be held on 13 June 2025. A replacement non-executive director will be appointed in due course.
Philip Austin MBE, Chairman of the Board, said:
"We thank Audrey for all her contribution to the Company over the past five years, and in particular for her able chairmanship of the Audit and Risk Committee and her contribution in her role of Senior Independent Director. We look forward to continuing to work with Audrey until the Annual General Meeting and wish her well for the future."
