Board Change
Triple Place Junction plc announces the resignation of Geoff Walsh, Chief Executive Officer due to personal reasons. His resignation will take effect from 25 August 2009. Geoff's day to day responsibilities will be assumed by David Lees pending the appointment of a full-time Chief Executive Officer.
Ian Gowrie-Smith, Chairman, commented :
