Board changes

Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM: GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components & systems, announces that Non-Executive Director Brian Phillipson will retire on 30 September 2024 having completed his nine year tenure on the Board. 

The Board of G&H would like to thank Brian for his significant contribution to the business during this time.

Louise Evans has been appointed as Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 June 2024 and Susan Searle has now taken over the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
