GUS PLC17 November 2005 17 November 2005 GUS plc Board change GUS plc, the retail and business services group, today announces that LadyLouise Patten, a non-executive director of the company since 1997, will beretiring from the Board on 31 January 2006. Sir Victor Blank, Chairman of GUS, said: "Louise has made a valuable contribution as a non-executive director andChairman of the Remuneration Committee of the Board during a period of greatchange at GUS. We thank her and wish her well for the future." With effect from 1 January 2006, Oliver Stocken will succeed Lady Patten asChairman of the Remuneration Committee and John Coombe will succeed OliverStocken as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board.
