Board Change
The board of Ovoca announces the retirement of Roger Tuner, non-executive director, with immediate effect.
Commenting there on Leonid Skoptsov, the Ovoca CEO, said:
"Roger played a central role on the development of the company over the last 4 years and we are disappointed that he is stepping down. On behalf of the board I would like to thank Roger for his invaluable contribution and to wish him the best in the future."
