FRONTIER RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL PLC("Frontier" or the "Company")Board Change
The Board of Frontier (AIM Ticker: FRI), the AIM-traded international oil and gas exploration company with assets in Oman, Zambia and Namibia, announces that on 10 March 2014 Mr Andrew Grosse has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company due to a potential conflict of interest to concentrate on his other business interests.
The Board would like to thank Andrew for his contribution to Frontier and to wish him well for the future.
