Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a leading provider of essential infrastructure solutions, announces that, as detailed in the Interim Results announcement on 16 May 2024, Mike Morris, Non-Executive Director, has today stepped down from the Board.
Richard Kilner, Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to sincerely thank Mike for his dedication and contribution to Nexus Infrastructure and its subsidiaries for over 30 years. We wish him all the best for the future."
