Board Change

TPJ announces that Terry Cross, the Company's Finance Director, has resigned to pursue other opportunities. Mr Cross will cease to be a director with immediate effect and will cease to be an employee of the Company on 3 April 2011.

Tony Shearer, the Company's Chairman, said:

"Terry joined us at a time when we urgently needed a set of audited accounts to go out in time for the 2010 Annual General Meeting, and he saw us through that process and the production of the recent interim results. We are pleased that we will continue to have access to his experience for the handover period and we wish him well in his new role."
