BioScience VCT plc02 August 2005 BIOSCIENCE VCT PLC ("the Company") Board Change BioScience VCT plc announces that Dr Paul Nicholson has resigned with immediateeffect as chairman and director of the company. This has arisen from a review byDr Nicholson of the workload involved in his various directorships. The board of the Company is very appreciative of the contribution which DrNicholson has made and anticipates being able to maintain an informalrelationship with him in order to obtain his advice on particular matters fromtime to time.
