Board Change

The Company advises today that Alex Tetley, Finance Director and Company Secretary of Croma, has resigned from the Board of Directors. Mr Tetley will be working his notice period while a replacement is sought.

Chairman of the Company, Sebastian Morley commented, "I would like to acknowledge and thank Alex for his valuable contribution and commitment since joining the Board of Croma and wish him all the best for his future endeavours".
