For Immediate Release: CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") FURTHER BOARD CHANGE

Further to the announcement of Friday 2nd May 2008 regarding board changes, CLS announces that Steven Board has resigned as Executive Director and Company Secretary in order to pursue other interests.

Tom Thomson has been appointed Company Secretary.

Executive Chairman of CLS, Sten Mortstedt commented:
