§ Board Change

The board of directors of Travelzest ('the Board') announces that Peter Thomson has today stepped down as a non-executive director for personal reasons.

The Board would like to thank Peter for his contribution to the Company over the past eight years and wishes him all the best for the future.

The process to find a replacement non-executive director has already commenced and Travelzest will update the market on progress in due course.

Mark Molyneux, Travelzest's Chairman, commented:

"Peter has given generously to the development of Travelzest, always providing wise counsel and unswerving advice. I thank him on behalf of our Directors and Shareholders, and wish him well in the future."

Jonathan Carroll, Travelzest's Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"It is with great regret that we see the departure of Peter from the Board. Peter's contribution and support since his appointment in 2002 has been invaluable, particularly in the past year with the restructuring of the Group. Peter has been a cornerstone of professionalism for the Board and to Jack and me personally. We thank Peter for all his support and wish him all the best going forward."
