Torotrak (LSE: TRK), a leading developer and supplier of emissions reduction and fuel efficiency technology for vehicles, announces that John Weston, a Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board of his intention to step down from his role as a Non-Executive Director by the end of the year.
Nick Barter, Non-Executive Chairman said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank John for his contribution to Torotrak during his four years on the Board and we wish him well for the future".
