The Directors also announce the appointment of Randall King (age 60), as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from today. The board is pleased to welcome Mr King who is currently a Director of Renovco,Inc. and a Partner at Facility Service Associates LLC. Mr King has also beenappointed as a Non-Executive Director of Andrews Sykes Group plc today.
