Board Change
Triple Plate Junction plc announces that James Bunyan, a non-executive director of the Company, as stated in the recently published Report & Accounts, decided not to stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held yesterday and accordingly ceased to be a director on 23 October 2008.
