Pure Wafer PLC02 April 2007 2 April 2007 PURE WAFER PLC ("Pure Wafer" or "the Company") Board Change Swansea based Pure Wafer plc, the provider of high quality silicon wafer reclaimservices for many of the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers, todayannounces that John Samuel, Non-Executive Director, stepped down from the Boardon 31 March 2007, following four successful years with the Company. John Samuel represented the interests of Apax Partners, who relinquished theirshareholding in March 2007. The Board of Pure Wafer is using the opportunity to further strengthen the Boardand is currently searching for a suitable new independent non-executivedirector.
