BOARD CHANGE

President announces that due to the elevation of the Rt. Hon. Alistair Burt PC MP to be a Minister of State in the new Government of the United Kingdom the Company has reluctantly but understandably accepted his resignation from the Board of Directors.

We wish Alistair every success in his Ministerial post.
