Further to the announcement of 22 January 2014 regarding the appointment of Patrick Gorman, the Company is advised that in addition to Mr. Gorman holding options over 7,600,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), he also held 600,000 Ordinary Shares at the time of his appointment.
