Dairy Crest announces that at its meeting earlier today, the Board resolved to appoint Adam Braithwaite as an Executive Director (effective at close of business today).

During 14 years with the business Adam has held a number of senior management positions. He was appointed Group Commercial Director in 2013, responsible for sales and marketing. Adam's appointment to the Dairy Crest Board recognises the significance of his role and his valuable contribution to Dairy Crest.
