This is in compliance of Listing Agreement.

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 6th February, 2015 to consider, the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2014 and also to consider recommendation of payment of interim dividend for FY 2014-15.

For the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if so approved by the Board, 'RECORD DATE' will be Wednesday, the 11th February, 2015.

Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors and Designated Employees of the Company for the period 30th January, 2015 (Friday) to 7th February, 2015 (Saturday).
