Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for a Blocklisting of 2,800,000 Ordinary shares of 11 1/19 each of N Brown Groupl PLC to be admitted to the Official List. The shares will be listed in connection with the company's executive share option scheme.
The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary share capital of the company.
