ThinkSmart Limited (AIM: TSL), a specialist digital payments platform business, notes the announcement today by Afterpay Ltd ("Afterpay")(ASX: APT) that the scheme of arrangement for Block, Inc ("Block")(NYSE: SQ) to acquire Afterpay has now been implemented. As such, and as announced on 14 January 2022, the 1,650,000 Afterpay shares owned by ThinkSmart Europe Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of ThinkSmart) have now been exchanged for 618,750 Block shares.
