Block listing Updates, Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

New Block listing

Gateley (Holdings) Plc (AIM:GTLY), the legal and professional services group, announces that on 1 November 2020 the Company's Save As You Earn Option Plan 2017 ("SAYE Plan") matured and as a result up to 358,865 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") may be issued pursuant to the SAYE Plan.

Accordingly, application has been made for 358,865 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") via a block listing and it is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 13 January 2021.

Cancellation of Block listing

The Company also announces that it has cancelled the remaining 2,083 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Save As You Earn Option Plan 2016 block listing.

Exercise of Options

In addition, the Company has received notices to date from participants in the SAYE Plan to elect to receive 16,510 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company (the "SAYE Exercise").

Following Admission and the SAYE Exercise, the Company will have a total of 117,628,094 Ordinary Shares in issue with one voting right per share.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
