Premier Oil plc currently has 75 ordinary shares of 12.5p each block listed under the Premier Oil plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2003 and 3,600,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each block listed under the Premier Oil plc Asset and Equity Plan.

These schemes have now been closed and as a result the block listings associated with them have been cancelled. No allotments have been made under these schemes since the last block listing return was released on 11 August 2015.
