Block Listing Application

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 11,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Michael Page International plc ("Ordinary Shares").

These Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Michael Page International plc Executive Share Option Scheme.
