On October 1, 2008, the Company applied to AIM for a blocklisting entitlement of 19,099,529 of common shares. As at August 31, 2012, 2,760,920 common shares are remaining under this blocklisting entitlement.

As at August 31, 2012, the total capitalization of the Company is 252,924,705 common shares, 14,236,112 options and Nil warrants.
