SEGRO plc (the Company)
An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 70,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (Shares) to be admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
These Shares are being reserved under a block admission to trading and 70,000 ordinary shares will be issued pursuant to the SEGRO plc Long Term Incentive Plan.
Admission of the Shares is expected at 8.00 a.m. on 28 May 2026.
These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
