BDR Thermea Sale Completed

Further to the announcement of 30 September 2011, Electra Private Equity PLC ("Electra") announces that the sale of heating products manufacturer BDR Thermea Group BV ("BDR") completed on 31 October 2011. As at that date, the Remeha Group BV in the Netherlands is the sole shareholder of BDR.

Electra has received initial proceeds of €45 million (£40 million) which represents a little less than 50% of the proceeds due to be received over the next few years.
