OMV Petrom S.A. announces the opening, as of the date of this report, of the electronic voting via eVOTE online platform for the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of OMV Petrom S.A. convened for 12 September 2023.

Therefore, the shareholders of the company registered at the reference date, namely 28 August 2023, in the shareholders' register kept by Depozitarul Central S.A. are invited to access https://snp.evote.ro/login, to register and cast their votes using this voting method.

As mentioned in the convening notice, electronic voting via eVOTE online platform is available only until 11 September 2023, 12:00 o'clock (Romania time).

The procedure for electronic voting via eVOTE online platform is included in the company's rules and procedures of the general meetings of shareholders published together with the information materials for the respective meeting.

The usual voting methods, by transmitting the voting bulletin by correspondence or by participating in person in the meeting, remain available for shareholders that chose to cast their votes using any of these voting methods, according to the indications included in the convening notice.
