(the "Company") Approval of Planning Brief The Board is pleased to announce that, following detailed consultation withEnglish Heritage, Leeds City Council's planning officers have approved adetailed planning brief, for the commercial and residential development of theCompany's premises and land on Hunslet Road in Leeds and this brief will form aguide to prospective developers. The Board is currently in the process of identifying new premises in the localarea in order to relocate the business into a more modern, cost effectivefacility. This outcome is subject to the successful marketing of the site andultimately on final planning consent being granted by Leeds City Council. It is intended that the completion of the sale of the Hunslet Road site and therelocation to new premises will be structured so that disruption to the businesswill be kept to an absolute minimum.
