APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD COMMITTEES
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Antofagasta plc announces that Vivianne Blanlot, an independent Non-Executive Director, will join the Nomination and Governance Committee and Ramon Jara, a Non-Executive Director, will join the Sustainability and Stakeholder Management Committee. Both appointments are with effect from 1 February 2020.
