ANNOUNCEMENT

APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of Air China Limited (the "Company") announces that, following prior consideration and approval by the Nomination Committee and the Audit and Risk Management Committee (the Supervision Committee) of the Board, the Board appointed Mr. Fu Fangxing (傅方興) ("Mr. Fu") as the Chief Accountant of the Company on 29 June 2026.

The biographical details of Mr. Fu are as follows:

Mr. Fu Fangxing, aged 52, holds a master's degree and is a Professorate Senior Accountant. Mr. Fu commenced his career in August 1996. He successively served as head of the Finance Department, a member of the Sub-Party Leadership Group, director and chief accountant of AVIC International Holding Corporation; deputy head and head of the Capital Operation Department and head of the Finance and Capital Department of Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd.; and chairman of AVIC Finance Co., Ltd. Since May 2026, Mr. Fu has served as chief accountant and a member of the Party Leadership Group of China National Aviation Holding Corporation Limited. Since June 2026, he has served as Chief Accountant and a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Company.
