Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Quarto (Full List: QRT.L), one of the largest international co-edition book publishers based in London, is pleased to announce the appointment of Edward Krawitt to the board of Quarto as Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 7th February 2011.

Edward is the former Group Treasurer at both EMI and HMV and has previously held the roles of CFO at both Global Strategies Group (global security and defence technology) and the Memec Group (global specialist semiconductor distributor) and CEO at Rustins Ltd (UK based wood oils producer). Edward has an MBA from Dartmouth College and is a Fellow of The Association of Corporate Treasurers.
